And the new Real Housewives of New York castmember is...
Cindy Barshop! "It's confirmed," a source tells UsMagazine.com exclusively.

Barshop is founder and owner of Completely Bare, a successful chain of day spas specializing in hair removal, with three locations in Manhattan, plus branches in Palm Beach, Fla. and Scarsdale, New York. The self-made Barshop is mom to twin daughters Zoe and Jesse, born in 2009.
Adds the source: "She's funny and very nice!"
In a recent interview with Us, housewife Ramona Singer kept mum on Barshop's identity. "We have this new girl coming on. She is very happy with herself," Singer, 53, told Us.
"Not to say I'm not going to get pissed at her or have a fight with her about something -- that's just who I am sometimes!"
Barshop would take the place of Bethenny Frankel, who first told Us Weekly of her decision to leave the Bravo hit after three seasons.
"Last season was scary and painful," Frankel, 39, told Us. "It took all of the joy out of it."
Now a new mom, wife and star of smash spinoff Bethenny Getting Married, Frankel famously clashed with costar Kelly Bensimon -- and her close friendship with Jill Zarin went down in flames. (LuAnn de Lesseps, Alex McCord and last season's newcomer Sonja Morgan round out the core cast.)
"She isn't leaving totally," Singer told Us of Frankel, who willi likely make cameos for season 4.
