Kim Granatelle, a k a "Kim G" of "The Real Houswives of New Jersey," pays good money for her grooming, but she doesn't believe the other Housewives do. While getting her blond locks touched up at the Oscar Blandi salon, Kim was overheard telling colorist Kyle White how some of the other Housewives don't feel they should have to pay for their services, resulting in "bad hair, overdone Botox and square breasts."
According to sources, Kim always pays the full $550 coloring fee, and tips large when she visits the salon.

Meeting in downtown Paterson, New Jersey – RHONJ’s Kim Granatell and Tom Murro had decided to stop by Payless Shoes to surprise a few less fortunate families getting ready for school with supplies and clothes. A surprise shopping spree with all new back to school supplies, began when Kim entered the store and said, “Hello everyone! It looks like we’re all here for back to school shoes. Please pick out what you need and meet us at the register.”
Kim and the Magnet spoke with some of the moms and children from about a dozen families who were shopping for backpacks and shoes, and they even picked up a few more school supplies for some siblings who weren’t there.
Outside, fans gathered around her black Bentley, safely parked in a “no parking zone,” there was a lot of tweeting, texting and posing for photographs. More than one fan said she hoped to see Kim in Real NJ Housewives season three. When her own show, she said “It seems like it’s going to happen.” (see the news12 video)
The moms and kids were thrilled to meet Kim and to be part of it. Kim’s generosity was appreciated by all, not the least of which was the store manager. Tom mentioned he needed a pair of high top converse, and she reminded Tom that they weren’t there for him “and wasn’t the G-Wagon enough?”
Kim and the Magnet have been busy for the past few months – from driving Kim’s Ferrari and crashing Danielle Staub’s party, it was nice to give back. It was reminder to all involved to be generous with those less fortunate. After the shopping, there were lots of hugs and a few more pictures. “What a great day!,” Tom told us.
With the second season of Bravo's Real Housewives Of New Jersey wrapping up (and the finale happening not just next week, but the week after as well), moochinator Kim G. is totes mcgotes jonesin' for a spot on the third season (if there will even be a third season. And ya'll know that Danielle was dismissed, verdad?).
Well, this next part is a bit...awkward. Celebrity magnet Tom Murro has made his way into Kim G.'s heart, according to her tweets. Jersey sister is just lurrving her some T.M. And money. And trash talking about old foes. Give it up, you ham!

The auction of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s belongings has one confirmed buyer, and she has major plans for the items.
Kim Granatell, her frenemy on the show, told RadarOnline.com that she thinks Teresa’s household items aren’t worthy of an estate sale. “Her things should be for sale on a folding table on Mulberry Street”
However Kim told RadarOnline.com she was going to the auction and was bringing her checkbook. “I’m going to buy everything and re-sell it on eBay,” she said. Kim plans to donate everything to the Emmanuel Cancer charity.
The auction was originally slated to take place on August 22 but has been postponed until October 3. Kim and her partner in crime Tom Muro plan to be present at the auction and clean house. Literally.
The same company that organized the auction of Grammy-award winning singer Whitney Houston’s sale in 2007 exclusively told RadarOnline.com that they expect Teresa Giudice’s auction to be more popular. Houston’s auction was in an old warehouse in New Jersey, but this one promises to be a higher level event.
“This one is a beautiful home in New Jersey on a Sunday. So, I think more people will show up.”
In the meantime, Teresa Giudice has been quiet…too quiet. Never refer to a woman’s age while dissing her, especially when she can buy and sell you.
The Jersey City Lesbian + Gay Outreach, Inc. (JCLGO) just came up with one more reason to attend the 10th annual LGBT Pride Festival next weekend.

Kim Granatell -- better known as "Kim G." on the Bravo network's "Real Housewives of New Jersey," will volunteer at the the JCLGO information booth on Saturday, Aug. 28. The festival, part of LGBT Pride Week, is Saturday, Aug. 28, from noon to 8 p.m. at Exchange Place in Jersey City.
"I love gay people and gay people love me," said Granatell. "Over the years, some of my best friends have been gay. I support gay rights and equality for all."
The storyline of Season 2 of the show -- which was shot last year -- currently has Granatell at odds with one-time best buddy Danielle Staub. Granatell, who in one episode donned hot pants and climbed a stripper's pole with Staub, is also friends the Manzo clan that hates Staub.
The theme of this yearʼs festival is "Standing Strong: Equality for All."
A rally for full equality on the steps of Jersey City City Hall will proceed the festival.
The festival will feature a vendor market place, an entertainment line up showcasing LGBT talent from around the region and a dance party at Exchange Place. In previous years attendance at the annual LGBT Pride festival has been more than 10,000.

Kim Granatell claims she successfully ruined the Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub’s birthday telling her friends after, “Mission accomplished!”
Kim G. showed up uninvited — with her date for the evening, blogger Tom Murro, aka The Celebrity Magnet — to Danielle’s 48th birthday party at Scores Gentlemen’s Club in NYC on Tuesday night and Danielle threw a fit, Celebrity Magnet reports.
She even arrived on the carpet before Danielle and got a lot of attention from the cameras!
“Danielle had to wait for her own birthday party. I loved it!” Kim G. said in a video with her friends after leaving the event. “She didn’t even get into the place and her night was ruined!”
The Real Housewives star reportedly refused to leave her limousine for nearly an hour until Kim G. was escorted off the carpet.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Why Kim G (Granatell) Will Be a Housewife Next Season
Kim G (The G stands for the surname Granatell) is the wannabe Real Housewife and pot-stirrer that the viewers love to hate. Kim G is a married (although separated) mother of three children. She lives just a few homes
away from housewife, Jacqueline Laurita. From Kim G's first appearance on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, she showed how adept she was at straddling both sides of the fence in an attempt to get more air time and secure a role as a full-time housewife on the next season. Kim G is the classic two faced lady: She smiles in your face, pretends to be your BFF, and as soon as you turn your back, she stabs you. She tries to plant seeds of deviousness and negativity into the minds of others, through gossip, back-biting and various forms of manipulation tactics. Kim G then sits back and watches those seeds germinate and flourish in some cases.
A recent episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, illustrates just how cunning Kim G is. Jacqueline Laurita visits Kim G's home and they discuss the hair pulling incident. Kim G tells Jacqueline that Teresa Giudice needs to have more self control. In another scene, Teresa Giudice shows up at the Posche boutique to apologize to Kim D for the fight that ensued at the fashion show. Kim G mysteriously dropped in at the Posche and so skillfully meddled, and gave Teresa her two-cents. Teresa asked Kim G why she's friends with Danielle and her response was "I pity her". Kim G then turns around and accompanies Danielle to the courthouse to file a complaint against Ashley Holmes. In a later scene, Kim G is back at it again. She arrives at Jacqueline Laurita's house with newspapers headlining the hair pulling incident. Jacqueline Laurita questions Kim G's motives and tells her that she is two-faced. This scene ends with Kim G telling Jacqueline that Danielle has it out for Ashley.
Kim G knows what she's doing and has no reservations about admitting to it. In an interview with zap2it.com, Kim G said, " Oh, I'm all about that. Are you crazy? I'm drama and trouble. My mom said to me when I got my
Ferrari, one of my cars, 'Put 'TROUBLE1' on that license plate.' I said, 'No, mom, everyone will know it's my Ferrari.' I'm always looking for action and deviousness and drama."
So, Kim G is the type of person who thrives on excitement. That is why she is always stirring the pot and instigating controversy. It is not a good character trait, to be one who promotes trouble rather than peace, but it certainly makes for great reality TV. Some viewers hate on Danielle Staub, and she firmly solidifies her position as the villainess of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Think about it: Where would this series be without the best of the "prostitution whores", Danielle Staub? All of the cat fights and drama translates into a more interesting, and jaw dropping experience for the audience of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and drives higher ratings.
Kim G is relatable, because at one time or another, many of us have dealt with or know of a two-faced person. It is quite comical to sit back and observe how others, like Caroline Manzo swiftly puts Kim G in her place and evades the he- said-she-said crap.
For the record, Kim G and Danielle Staub are no longer friends. She told Crushable.com, "She [Danielle Staub] had no idea who she was playing with when she was playing with me". Kim G also suggests that the viewers should expect a "major showdown between Danielle Staub and herself, and has referred to Danielle as a "snake in the grass". Kim G also gives Danielle the finger in a YouTube video by mrcelebritymagnet .
Also, on Watch What Happens Live, which aired 7/26/10, Andy Cohen treated us to a sneak peek of the "major showdown" Kim G refers to. I almost fell out of my chair when Kim G screamed at Danielle Staub during the clip and made a reference to Danielle's "fake, square tits". When asked what her relationship with Danielle is like now, Kim G's response was "Danielle who?"
Kim G never said outright that she will be a housewife next season, but if offered a role, she would gladly accept. When asked about it during an interview with zap2it.com she said, "I would join the show. I'm on it. I know the ins and outs of it. The crew loves me. I know the crew loves me. I was probably the easiest and most cooperative to film. I was always available. My home was available. I'm easy-going. I don't give them any flack."

The bitchy backlash between The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub and her ex-ally Kim G. has reached new depths of back-stabbing, RadarOnline.com reveals in an exclusive video.
Staub's shunned sidekick says that the reality TV villain has slept with countless men, “I’ve lost track. Maybe thousands, who knows? She’s in the business!” replied Kim G. when asked by Tom Murro of Celebrity Magnet.
“She spread her legs, look at her on the pole the last time we were at that place where we were on the pole – I looked like an idiot,” she added.
Danielle is now rumored to have switched to dating women – and Kim says it’s because she can’t get a man!
“The reason why she’s with a woman now too is because you know why, guys don’t want to f*** her,” the mother-of-three said cattily.
“I don’t think they want her,” she claimed, going on to say that she thinks the new woman in her life was pursued by Staub. “I think she’s going after her, maybe they feed off each other because one wants one for one reason and one wants it for another.
“Then she’ll be on her own,” she predicted.
In her final tribute to her former pal – Kim commits a truly classy act by giving her the finger and telling the world that she has “no more love” for Danielle.
This is the first bunch of several funny videos and photos from my crazy fun afternoon this past Saturday with Kim Granatell of "Real Housewives of N.J."
We cruised around town in her $400,000 Ferrari after we first met in town at Starbucks, next to the salon where it all started, for some iced tea, then back to her house. We talked about everything from soup to nuts (literally).
She told me that she trims her own bushes so of course I had my photographer catch a few shots of her with her giant clippers.

You know Kim G. as Danielle Staub's partner in crime. And, Kim Granatell will freely admit she has stirred the pot on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." Her name has been floated in the media as a strong candidate for Dina Manzo's vacated spot. But as Staub's sidekick, viewers also find her guilty by association. She says she expects the hate.
"You know what? They're going to trash me," Granatell tells Zap2it. "They're going to trash Jacqueline [Laurita]. They're going to trash the other girls. When you're in the public eye, that's what's going to go on. I'd be on medication if I read [all the opinions of me]. I know who I am."
In fact, after speaking to Granatell, we've learned that the story is always more complicated than it seems with the Franklin Lakes, NJ mother of three. And she'd love if the cameras could capture the other sides of her story, as well.
"They really haven't exposed my life in terms of my everyday living," Granatell says. "You know you see Jacqueline with the kids. You see Teresa [Giudice] going to the store. Well, I do that also. I'm a real, real mom. I have beautiful things. I have a driver, but my life isn't about cruising around with him."
Granatell has two sons who are college age and her daughter is in high school. She has been separated from her husband for seven years and she doesn't see the point of ever actually divorcing. "If it ain't broke," she tells us. Her money comes from her husband's company, which produces a cosmetics extract for Estee Lauder. Her other source of income comes from rental properties.
Like we said, there's always more to the story. You know Kim D. (or Kim DePaola), the other half of what we call, "The Killer Kims"? She is Granatell's sister-in-law, which Bravo hasn't seen fit to share with us yet.
"We are the two K's! The two backstabbing Kims," laughs Granatell. "I don't know what [Bravo is] waiting for. I thought maybe they were going to [reveal] it last week when we were sipping martinis together."
When we wondered where she was all of Season 1, Granatell let us in on an interesting factoid. Bravo once considered her for the cast.
"I was actually interviewed [by Bravo]," says Granatell. "But I have to tell you I was very skeptical, because my life was about to become an open book. I got very, very nervous."
At the time, she was dating a man that didn't want his life on television and whose entertainment friends warned Granatell against participating. She was actually relieved when the network told her they had found someone else.
Well, obviously things have changed. Today, Granatell says she would definitely join the cast next season if the network asked. And with people like Elvira Grau already throwing their hats in the ring, Granatell feels pretty confident she can deliver what the series needs.
"Quite frankly, I have the goods," she says. "Does Elvira have the goods? She couldn't play in my ballpark. I'd annihilate her in every which way."
