Steve is suing Danielle-RHONJ

Funny article from Chicago Now about Steve and Danielle.

By: Jenn Sale
Stumble....Get your scorecard out, let me walk you through this one...

First, Danielle took her 45 year old 26 year old boyfriend to court over a sex tape he reportedly "secretly taped" and didn't want it released. At first the injunction was successful and the judge spared us all from ever seeing that. Thanks, Judge. However bananas Danielle couldn't provide any proof to her claims, and the case was eventually dismissed.

Then the reason I now type in Braille, Danielle Staub Raw, was released at about the same time the episode "Play at Your Own Risk" was aired on Bravo. In this episode you'll remember that Danielle was crying to her new extras paid by Bravo friends that Steve violated her and taped her secretly. And we later find out that it was Danielle that taped herself doing nasty things to her naughty bits on her cell phone and sent them via text.

Ooops, just spewed my coffee...hang on a sec.

So now, Steve's all mad that Danielle called him a creeper on national TV, and is suing her for defamation. Steve boo-hoo'ed to Radar Online..

"I have people come up to me in restaurants telling me I'm going to hell, I'm not a good person. I try to explain to people I didn't do anything wrong. She would send me video texts of her playing with her self, I have nothing to do with that."

Ok, people are probably telling you you're going to hell because you tapped that demonic albatross in the first place. I wouldn't sweat it, dude. Just dip it in Purell twice daily, go to church every Sunday, and you should be fine in about 5 years.

At this point, all of this court nonsense is getting re-DONK-ulous! Kind of makes you wish for the simpler and quaint times of Jay Photoglou and Gretchen Rossi, doesn't it?

Kelly keeping in shape

Aside from a dedicated workout routine, the former model stays in shape with a balanced diet and admits her fast metabolism is definitely an asset!
Kelly Bensimon looked better than ever when she turned up in an alice + olivia get-up at the alice + olivia M.A.C. launch party at Beauty Bar in NYC on Jul. 14 — I was dying to know what her secret is! Lately we’ve spotted the reality star jogging all over NYC, but there’s something behind her vigorous workout routine — she’s actually training five days a week for a 13 mile marathon. Kelly says when it comes to her diet, she usually follows a six day plan. “I eat healthy and then on the seventh day I eat whatever I want,” she said.

“My largest meal is lunch and then I’ll have a lighter dinner, I eat a lot of carbs at lunch,” she said. Kelly, who normally eats rice with vegetables and tofu chicken or shrimp, admits her fast metabolism definitely contributes to her trim figure and her ability to chow down!

Teresa and Joe in trouble with bankruptcy trustee

From DBKP about Joe and Teresa in hot water financially.

By LBG1
Fresh on the heels of Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Danielle Staub’s attorney claiming he’ll seek restraining orders against cast members Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita–which should make for a rather interesting filming of the second season reunion episode, with Danielle beamed in via satellite from her bulletproof bubble located in a separate studio–the Wall Street Journal reported Teresa Giudice and hubby Joe’s “fresh start” Chapter Seven bankruptcy has hit a major roadblock. Part of the roadblock, the rather bizarre Chapter Seven bankruptcy papers Joe and Teresa filed on October 29, 2009 where Joe and Teresa claimed they owed $11 million, $7 million unsecured, with Joe and Teresa’s annual income $79,000.

According to the WSJ, the court appointed trustee is planning to auction off Teresa and Joe’s personal belongings from their Towaco, N.J. mansion on August 22nd.

A hat tip is in order for I’m Just Sayin who discovered the Wall Street article and Teresa Giudice’s entry at the site Smoking Gun.

Wall Street Journal:

Court papers show that the Bravo reality TV star and her husband, who filed for bankruptcy protection last fall, are facing a lawsuit to prevent them from taking advantage of the debt discharge available to individuals under the Bankruptcy Code. According to Chapter 7 trustee John Sywilok, tasked with rounding up the couple’s assets and distributing the proceeds to creditors, the Giudices allegedly concealed key documents about their finances and business transactions.

According to the WSJ, Sywilok accuses Joe and Teresa of hiding interests in a pizza parlor, laundromat, Teresa’s TG Fabulicious Clothing and Accessories Line and Teresa’s cookbook, The Skinny Italian. Sywilok alleges Teresa and Joe made false statements, under oath, about their assets, income, and expenses.

The site Smoking Gun posted Sywilok’s court documents.

Smoking Gun has more info including:

A court-appointed trustee has accused the bankrupt star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” reality TV show of lying under oath about her financial condition, concealing documents, and failing to disclose her interest in several businesses. As such, Teresa Giudice (and her husband Giuseppe) should not have their case formally discharged, according to a U.S. Bankruptcy Court complaint filed by lawyer John Sywilok, who was appointed to oversee the Chapter 7 action.

According the court documents filed by the trustee, the documents were filed on are shortly after July 1, 2010.

-On October 29, 2009, Teresa and Joe (Giuseppe) Giuduce filed Chapter Seven Bankruptcy at a Federal Court.

-The Office of the United State Trustee appointed John W. Sywilok as trustee, on or around October 29.

-Sywilok’s deadline to file a complaint was originally January 29, 2010. The deadline was extended twice to July 1, 2010.

-The trustee stated Teresa and Joe had been involved in “certain litigation” prior to filing the bankruptcy petition, which according to the trustee, was the “impetus” for Teresa and Joe filing Chapter Seven.

-The trustee stated Joe and Teresa were owners or limited owners of property which were on the “eve of foreclosure”.

-The trustee noted Teresa was involved a reality show, Real Housewives of New Jersey, with an employment contract to appear on the show. Teresa received income from “appearances” and her book, Skinny Italian which was written prior to filing Chapter Seven bankruptcy.

-The trustee alleges Teresa and Joe concealed documents, records, and papers which their true financial condition or business transactions could be ascertained.

-Teresa and Joe made false oaths when filing the Chapter Seven petition which include but are not limited to income, expenses, and assets.

-Teresa and Joe failed to disclose their interest in real properties and businesses.

In short, the trustee asked the court to deny the discharge of Joe and Teresa’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition. Not a “fresh start” but a “starting over” for Joe and Teresa and their attempts to file bankruptcy.

Which leads back to the Chapter Seven bankruptcy petition filed by Teresa and Joe on October 29, 2009.
Court documents posted at the site Absurd to Sublime.

In the Chapter Seven petition Teresa and Joe stated they owed $2,582,376,83 in secured claims. An example of a secured claim is a note secured by a deed of trust or mortgage on real property

Teresa and Joe stated they owed an astounding $6,127,454.51 in unsecured claims.

Unsecured Claim
A claim or debt for which a creditor holds no special assurance of payment, unlike a mortgage or lien; a debt for which credit was extended based solely upon the creditor’s assessment of the debtor’s future ability to pay.

Teresa and Joe stated on the petition that their monthly income at the time when they filed the filed petition was $16,583.33 which included $3,250 a month in income for Joe, $3,333.33 paid to Teresa by Bravo, and $10,000 from “family members”. Included the petition Teresa and Joe’s monthly expenses, $16,582.00 which included a $12,362 house payment. According to Teresa and Joe’s monthly take home pay and expenses, Joe and Teresa were left with $1.33 after paying their expenses. Missing from the “take home pay”, any mention or income from Teresa’s appearances or income (advance book commission) from Teresa’s Skinny Italian cookbook. In businesses owned, no mention of a pizza parlor, laundromat, or Teresa’s clothing line.

On July 4th, the New York Post reported Joe’s former business partner alleges Joe engaged in forgery and that the IRS is currently investigating Joe’s business interests.

New York Post:

Joe Mastropole, who owned property with Joe Giudice, gave him a $586,000 loan secured by three East Orange, NJ, buildings. Giudice paid back only $300,000 with the balance due in December 2007.

But Giudice forged Mastropole’s name on a June 2007 document saying the mortgage was paid, Mastropole charges in a lawsuit. The witnesses to Mastropole’s supposed signature were two of Giudice’s employees, court papers say.

Mastropole won an Oct. 23, 2009, judgment in his case, which is now in dispute because the Giudices filed for bankruptcy just days later. They left a trail of debt, including money owed on mortgages and to department stores and a fertility clinic.

In the court documents the trustee stated Teresa and Joe had been involved in “certain litigation” prior to filing the bankruptcy petition, which according to the trustee, was the “impetus” for Teresa and Joe filing Chapter Seven. According to the New York Post, Teresa and Joe filed for bankruptcy six days after Matropole won his suit against Joe.

According to the WSJ, the trustee intends to auction off Teresa and Joe’s personal property on August 22nd. When you file for Chapter 7 there are personal items which you can claim as “exempt”, meaning the court will decide whether they can be auctioned them off to pay your creditors. Joe and Teresa claimed they had $24,150 in personal property including “dogs” worth $600.00. Joe’s Movado Watch worth $500, Teresa’s wedding rings worth $400 and costume jewelry the Giudice’s valued at $750.. Also included, go-carts, a lawn mower, kitchen table and chairs, tools, a swing set, clothing, televisions, den, living room, and bedroom furniture and computers. Three properties which the Giudice’s owned or had 50% ownership. In the court documents Joe and Teresa listed every single personal item including the go-carts as exempt except the three properties.

According to the WSJ, “up for grabs” at the auction:

Next month, the trustee is aiming to hold a public auction of the contents filling the family’s newly built Towaco, N.J. mansion.

Up for grabs at the Aug. 22 auction are home furnishings, accessories, tools and a boat.

Teresa-RHONJ and her critics

I find this show painful to watch. I will go as far as to say that I am embarrassed I even watch this show. It is mortifying for the ladies, their families, their children, and themselves. Let’s start with the facts, Teresa is vile, and if I were at that party, I would have decked her.

Danielle is pathetic, and while she is out for fame, there is no way on earth that this woman is a good enough actress to have been faking her performance this week. I have not been shy about saying I think Danielle is a skank, but this week I’m on Team Danielle for the first time.

There is no point in going through the entire episode because it’s simply too gross, but let’s make a few things clear about these ladies of New Jersey. The women we loved in the beginning, the same ladies who we wanted to live next door, are now just a bunch of bitches.

Danielle: This chick is a whore. Who cares? There are worse things to be than a whore. I can be friends with a whore, however I can’t be friends with a liar, or someone who endangers her children. She is not innocent, and her history with these women is now coming into play big time.

That said, Danielle did not deserve what Teresa did to her in this weeks episode. It made me question all the times I thought she needed to be locked up, and wonder if maybe it’s really not all Danielle. That Bravo is continuing to broadcast this show is insane. At some pint should they not be decent?

Jacqueline is an idiot. She is an uneducated moron who married well. She got pregnant as a child, and how she got to where she is, I would imagine is quite similar to the path that Danielle took. She started out as the sweet one, and in the end she is simply the stupid one.

Teresa is a piece of garbage. Seriously, if someone needs to say all the time how nice and great they are, chances are it’s probably not true. The only thing more horrific than her behavior at the event, was her recounting what happened to her husband Joe.

It’s like dumb and dumber with these two. They are trash and it pisses me off they are on television. They spent money so freely, knowing they were filing bankruptcy, and that says everything we need to know about who they are. Any good thoughts about this woman are gone.

Teresa is an instigator and a bitch. She is a fur wearing, animal torturing, lying piece of white trash who happens to have money. Correction, had money. Teresa’s actions on this week’s show ended my love affair with the ladies of New Jersey. I am not watching anymore

Caroline tries to stay clean and out of the drama, but I’m not sure she can stay clean for much longer. She may not be in the fire, but is fanning the flames from the sidelines and like she says, if you hang around with garbage long enough, you start to stink. Hey Caroline, you stink.

I am not going to watch these chicks anymore. I will tune in for the reunion show because that will be interesting, but my weekly participation has come to an end. I have nothing to say to these women but to their children, you’ll all make it out okay if you keep the faith

Teresa Guidice brings in the fans at Borders Books in Fairfield

Article from the Fairfield Patch.

By Nancy DePalma
If you're not familiar with the Bravo reality TV series, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," then you might as well be living under a rock. At least that's the way it seemed Thursday night at the Post Road Borders, which was bursting at the seams with "Housewives' " fans. Teresa Giudice, the spunky Italian known for her table tossing, was in town signing copies of her new book "Skinny Italian." The book, a cookbook featuring healthy versions of Italian recipes, also dishes out a few juicy tidbits from the show and her "real" life along with the family recipes.

The one thing that wasn't skinny? The crowd, which Borders staff estimated at about 300 to 400 people. Craig Kennedy, a Borders' employee, said he "lost count after 300." Another employee seemed surprised by the crowd, mentioning that Jill Zarin from the "Real Housewives of New York City" didn't draw nearly the numbers Giudice did.

It was clear from Thursday's event that fans of the show love, love, love (Teresa's catch phrase) Giudice. Though the signing was scheduled for 7 p.m., fans began lining up at 5:30 p.m. From "She's so tiny" to "She's so nice," fans of all ages were squealing with delight after meeting Giudice. While the event drew a large number of female fans, men were also in attendance. One in particular, Stan Tobin, came with his wife Jennifer and their daughter Caroline.

"She's my favorite on the show, " said Caroline, who was turned on to it by her father. Stan was surprised to see so many people in attendance but said there was just "something about Teresa" that draws people. While the Tobins planned to purchase the book they, like many others, were disappointed to learn that the store's copies were sold out by 5:30 p.m. "It looks like a good book," said Jennifer Tobin, who is both Italian and from New Jersey like Giudice.

The Fairfield signing marked the first time Giudice had been in Connecticut. She even tweeted during the signing to say how much she loved it here. Her assistant, Robyn Polay, was delighted with the turnout but wasn't surprised. "Teresa finds a way to connect with everyone and people love her," she said.

While Thursday's signing is Giudice's only Connecticut appearance, she will be signing again through the weekend in her home state of New Jersey in addition to events at restaurants and boutiques in the tri-state area. For information on her appearances, visit www.entertainmellc.com

Will Kelly and Bethenny bond over being moms

From Digital Spy.

By Lara Martin
Real Housewives Of New York City star Kelly Bensimon has reportedly said that she is happy she and co-star Bethenny Frankel have something to bond over.

The reality star has two children with ex-husband Gilles Bensimon, while Frankel gave birth to daughter Bryn in May.

Speaking to E! Online, she said: "We haven't been in touch, because we're not filming anymore but her value system has changed.

"I can be sensationalistic on camera, but my children are the most important things to me. So I'm happy that now we have something to bond over."

Bensimon added that she is still deciding whether to return for another season of Housewives, explaining: "The deciding factor is really just being able to celebrate these women - I don't want to fight with people.

"That's really like the big deciding factor, if it's going to be authentic. If it's not authentic, I don't want to be a part of that."

Jewish Journal not a BGM fan

Article from the Jewish Journal.

Posted by Ilana Angel
Let me begin this blog by saying that I think Bethenny Frankel is mortifying, and should no longer be on television. I watched her wedding, and wished her well, but seriously people, this chick is out of control. If you love her, just don’t read it. It’s probably best.

I’m not saying anything about her wedding because it was her special day, and good for her. The peeing in a bucket, whoring herself to the paparazzi, being rude to her new husband, self-absorbed outbreaks, and overall nastiness will not be commented on by me.

We arrive in St. Barts with Bethenny and Jason for their honeymoon. God forbid this chick does anything in private, so here we go. Her voice is grating in my nerves and I can’t help but think that the piecing screech of Jill would be welcome right now, if got Bethenny to shut up.

They decide to take a swim and Bethenny strips down and jumps in naked. How is it possible that Jason was annoyed she would walk around in a thong in front of Max, but she can strip down in front of a cameraman and skinny dip? This show screams, “watch us! we’re fake!”.

Bethenny is complaining about how ugly she is, and Jason is being charming. He calls her Mamma, which is sweet. You forget for a minute that he is a celebrity whore just like her. Sidebar: A reader of mine wrote to say he has already moved out of the house. Interesting.

An animal of some kind has wondered into their room and pooped on the floor. She is freaked out and thinks she might puke. Really? Wait until your baby starts projectile vomiting while having diarrhea. This chick needs a reality check and I’m not sure she can handle it.

Jason is waxing her stomach and all I want to do it shut off the television. This chick is out of control and nothing reads authentic about her. She is an annoying caricature and incredibly rude to her husband. I think he’ll be out of there pretty fast, or he’ll stay and be miserable.

They are talking about babies and have no clue. They are incredibly unprepared for what their lives will become. You can love your baby more that anything on the planet, but that does not make it any easier. Raising kids is hard, and it gets harder with every year.

Jason is taking a wind surfing lesson and Bethenny has another fake cry episode. She is a poser. I don’t buy it when she cries. She is always complaining about how hard her life was. Blah, blah, blah. I think Bethenny has created stories in her head, which she now believes.

Question: If Bethenny’s mother is so horrible, why isn’t she talking smack about Bethenny for money? It makes no sense. Perhaps her mother is mortified by her daughter, and wants nothing to do with her? Maybe Mommy Dearest is more classy than trashy.

We are now going to spend forever watching Bethenny and Jason eat. For ten minutes, we are watching them eat, with nothing to really say to each other, and both of them so aware of the camera that you half expect them to turn to the cameraman and offer him a taste.

They are at their last dinner in St. Barts and I’m bored. It’s the same thing over and over because they have nothing to talk about. The entire time, Jason talked about how he wants to be involved. Cut to New York and Bethenny is doing everything for the baby’s room without Jason.

She selects every single piece of furniture for the baby’s room, without Jason. This chick is just not cool, or interesting, or nice. I think that is the bottom line with Bethenny. She is simply not nice. She is selfish and garish and I really hope there is not a follow up to this show.

We’re now back in therapy listening to Bethenny complaining. Does she think she is the only woman to have a baby? Get married? Have issues with her parents? She’s a loon who lives in Bethennyville where the only thing that matters is Bethenny, which is not that cute.

It’s yet another naked photo shoot with Bethenny. I’m going to go fold some laundry and make a cup of tea. I’ll be back in a minute. Okay good. Bethenny is at a doctor’s appointment and surprise, surprise she decided to let Jason go too! So sweet. Whatever.

Next week the baby comes. It will be interesting to see how she makes the birth of the little girl all about her, and not at all about Jason or the baby. She tells Jason the baby’s room is apple green and he is surprised. It’s sad that he finds out she did it all without him, in front of us.

I wonder if Bethenny’s mother was at her first wedding. I’ve gotten emails from people who know Bethenny from childhood and think she is full of crap. We’ll never really know and it’s okay

Bethenny's pregnancy fitness tips

Article from US magazine.

By Jeri Condit
Why does it seem that stars drop the baby weight so quickly after giving birth? Their secret is that most of them stay fit while expecting. (While putting on 28 to 40 pounds is healthy, many of us admittedly go overboard.) Linda Melone, nutritionist and certified fitness instructor, says women can bounce back to their pre-baby bodies quicker if they follow a simple, low-impact routine that includes yoga, stretching and water workouts. Bonus benefit: Exercising while pregnant can prevent gestational diabetes, alleviate lower-back pain and even lessen the "baby blues," according to The American College of Sports Medicine. Read on for details:

1. Yoga
Real Housewives of New York's Bethenny Frankel alternated yoga sessions with 45-minute walks three times a week while pregnant with daughter Bryn (born May 8). Just three weeks later, she showed off her size-4 bikini bod in Us Weekly! Melone recommends taking these precautions before launching into downward dog:

• Abstain from Bikram ("hot" yoga), which raises the body's core temperature above the recommended 102 degrees.
• Avoid any poses lying on your back after the first trimester or any extreme stretching.
• Since your center of gravity changes as the baby grows, use caution with balancing moves -- use a wall or other support to avoid falling.
• Twist from the shoulders vs. the abdomen and only go as far as comfortable.
• In general, safe moves include the Cobra (first trimester only), side bends, triangle, cat-cow, triangle pose and avoid backbends, hand/headstands, one-legged balance poses without support. MSN: 5 surprising ways yoga affects your health

2. Stretching
"Many women experience sciatica [nerve pain] during the third trimester and are unable to do much more than stretch, which helps ease the pain," points out Melone. But, she warns, use caution with extreme stretching because relaxin, a hormone produced during pregnancy, makes muscles more pliable than usual; stretch only within your pre-pregnancy range-of-motion. MSN: How to stay motivated to workout while pregnant!

3. Water Workouts
Pregnancy often puts pressure on joints and internal organs, but the buoyancy and support of water can provide relief for sciatica. As with all workouts during pregnancy, work within your comfort zone, avoid extremes such as swimming an exorbitant number of laps, stay hydrated and avoid becoming overheated. MSN: 10 things that might surprise you about being pregnant

4. Don't Start a New Activity When Pregnant
"If you're a runner, you can keep running if you're comfortable. But you typically don't want to start a running program or jump into a new vigorous activity at this time," says Melone. "The American College of Sports Medicine recommends cardiovascular exercise three to seven days a week for 30 to 40 minutes at a moderate intensity, with no extremes in intensity." Melone also says not to be worried if your stamina decreases. "The amount of exercise a [pregnant] woman can do varies depending on the trimester," she says. While some women find only stretching comfortable, others "continue their pre-pregnancy program up until labor without a hitch."

Ashley-RHONJ Blogs about Fight Night

By:Ashley Holmes
First I want to start by saying that I read Teresa's blog from this episode and I would just like quote her, "Jacqueline said in her blog last week, we're supposed to blog about what happened when the episode aired, why it happened, what we were feeling at THAT time. It's part of the gig. Do I wish I never had to talk about/think about/write about/see Danielle ever again? Of course! But I agreed to be on the show and I think it's a cop-out and not fair to the fans to write fake blogs every week or refuse to talk about a cast member." I couldn't have said it more perfectly. Now, that being said, how do I even begin to write about this episode?

This is going to be a long one, where do I begin? Hmm, I guess I can start with, where did I go? Well, after the lovely starring contest we all had, I was ready to go home. I went there to model for Kim, and I did my job. Once Danielle and I started exchanging looks, and after hearing what her and her groupies were saying about me, I decided it was probably best for me to leave. I wanted to remove myself from the situation. I went into the dressing room to start gathering my things and to help clean up a little before I said my goodbyes. I got my things together, and then went into the production room to give my mic back. While I was taking my mic off I was watching the monitors. I saw my mom and Teresa sitting in the hallway on one monitor, and then I saw Danielle and Kim G enter the hallway on another monitor. They then began to exchange words.

This episode starts with the continuing argument between my mother, Teresa and Danielle. What a mess. I honestly don't think that Teresa's intention was to start trouble. Knowing Teresa for as long as I have, I think she honestly just wanted to say hi. CLEARLY that plan was not fully thought through. Even if Teresa imagined she'd have any sort of altercation with Danielle, I can assure you all that she did not expect it to go as far as it did. Anyway, back to me in the production room. We were all on edge watching the monitors, and my adrenaline was already pumping from nerves. All of the sudden they all headed into the main room where the show was, AND ALL FOUR OF THE MONITORS went static. I then heard what sounded like a table, or a few glasses getting knocked over, and people screaming and yelling outside of the doors. There was chaos in the production room too. I left the production room to find out what happened. When I entered the hallway I saw Danielle running outside with Teresa following quickly behind her, with a crowd of random women trying to watch all the commotion. At this point my heart was beating so hard in my chest, and I couldn't find my mom. Someone had said to me, "I think Danielle hit your mom." My stomach was in knots. I then went outside to look for Danielle to yell at her. A few of my friends were trying to talk me down from an anxiety attack. I thought that someone had harmed my mother. What would you do in that situation? I didn't snap just because I thought something happened to my mom. Danielle had been messing with my family for over a year, and that recently she had even begun to purposely push my buttons. So imagine all of that, plus thinking she hit my mother?! I literally blacked out from all of the adrenaline. I didn't even think to try to find my mother to make sure she was OK first. I did not see my mom before I pulled Danielle's hair. Otherwise I would have asked my mom IF Danielle had hit her, and if she was OK first. If you paid attention to the scene of me right before I pulled Danielle's hair, you see me just observing the situation outside. The camera zoomed in on my face and if it looked like I was terrified and about to throw up, it's because I was. So all of those factors led me to act on impulse. I AM NOT MAKING EXCUSES FOR MYSELF. I am simply telling it like it is. Do I hate Danielle? YES. Is that the sole reason that I felt like pulling her hair? NO. Like I said, I blacked out from the adrenaline. I was acting on impulse. I don't just go around pulling the hair of people that I don't like. If I did that, I would be in jail by now.

Danielle is the first person to ever make me get to this point. I have never had such rage and anger inside of me. She is the first person to really make me boil over. Was I wrong by pulling her hair? ABSOLUTELY. Did I have good intentions behind my actions? YES, I was defending my mother. Danielle is very calculated, and she has a way of bringing out THE ABSOLUTE WORST in people. Was it all Danielle that night? Of course not, at the end of the night, it was MY decision to lay a hand on her. I acted without thinking. I paid my dues, and I learned my lesson. I'm allowed to still not like Danielle, and TRUST ME I have my reasons. However, that does not mean I didn't learn a lesson. At the end of the day I let myself get to that point, and I now know that it is NEVER OK to lay a hand on another human being. Maybe I should take some anger management classes? Hmm...

Right after the tug, I had a bunch of people coming up to me asking what I did, and at this point I was STILL mid-anxiety attack, surrounded by chaos. I wasn't "bragging" that I pulled her hair, I was simply just answering my friends' questions, and I was still angry and flustered. I was saying to my friends that I pulled Danielle's hair out of her head, because I did pull it, I know I loosened it. HOWEVER, I DID NOT PULL A CLUMP OR "CLUMPS" OUT OF HER HAIR, as she reported to the police. Don't you think that I would have had at least SOME of that hair in my possession? If I pulled out that much of her hair, why would she have it and not me? Also, who else finds it weird that she saved her nasty hair? Ew. My mom came outside shortly after and told me to go back inside. I did as she said, but when I came back outside I saw my mom down by Danielle's car, so I went to see if she was OK and I hugged her. She was REALLY mad at me and started yelling at me to go home, and was calling me a child, etc. I got REALLY upset because I had just had an anxiety attack thinking that Danielle had hit my mom. At the time I believed I was defending my mom. So it just hurt that she was yelling at me, which is what prompted the comments I made to my mother. Did my mom have reason to be mad at me? Of course. However, I think she still should have seen where I was coming from that night.

Do I think that Danielle wanted what happened that night to happen? ABSOLUTELY. Like my Aunt Caroline said, she got exactly what she wanted. She wanted to show everyone 'SEE THOSE MEAN GIRLS?! LOOK! I TOLD YOU.' She even said to Kim G. in the car three times, "I told you this was going to happen." Why Danielle? Did you go there with ill-intentions? Danielle said a million times that she wanted to leave, and she wanted someone to get her out of there. Well, who was stopping her?

And the Academy Award goes to ... (not). I didn't buy Danielle's fake tears for a second. Notice how Danielle was oh so upset and "crying" so hard, but when Kim G. went to go talk to my mom, notice how Danielle's tone totally changed as she said to Harry, "Don't let Kim hit her." Hmm, why is that Danielle? Maybe because if Kim hit my mom, then you wouldn't have really been able to build much of a case? Hmm *cough*calculated move*cough*. I'd also like to point out the part where Danielle called MY mother a "skanky ho." REALLY?! Ha! I hope that was a joke. Seriously, who does she think she is?! Whatever.

When I went to say goodbye to Teresa and 'the Kims' you could clearly see that I was still upset. When I responded to Kim G. saying, "GOOD, love and light," (about Danielle's hair being in pieces) notice my face and listen to the tone of my voice. I didn't literally mean good, like WOO HOO! You could tell that I was just fed up with everything and everyone at that point. I was just sooo done. Even when I was talking to the cops I couldn't believe what was happening. I should have expected that the cops would get involved, but I guess that's what happens when you ACT before you THINK. I also would like to state that I was honest with the police from the beginning, but there were many lies on the police report from Danielle. Just sayin'.

Danielle said that we're on a mission to get her or something. No hunnie. IF ANYONE has been on a mission, it has been Danielle trying screw with our lives. FAIL. She's a miserable woman. Her reasoning behind press charges is ridiculous. "Bad behavior needs consequences." Yeah, I guess SHE would know. Her whole conversation with Danny, I mean really? Danny would be back in jail? What a great guy. You know Danielle, if you would like to "stay in the positive," you might want to start by hanging around the right people. OH and another thing, stop talking about how we dug up your past. We didn't dig it up, it came to us, and you know damn well that it's things that you HAVE DONE/ARE DOING to us in the present. Seriously? Will you EVER change? Danielle is living in a make-believe world in her head. It's actually really sad. Danielle, you said an apology is in order? Yeah, we know, we're waiting.

Danielle's conversation with Kim made me laugh. I could comment a lot on this, but I'll try to keep it short, this blog is long enough. Bottom line is that Danielle is full of shit.

I laughed so hard at the scene of my mom playing games on her phone while Danielle's "spiritual advisor" tried to help. I think my mom is such a ham. I love her so much! Haha! Nerd.

The episode ended with me fighting with my parents. Obviously I was still upset about everything that went down. I was still feeling hurt that my mom didn't even take into consideration that I thought that I was defending her. She didn't even see where I was coming from that night. I was frustrated. When I said, "I can do whatever I want to Danielle," I didn't mean it that way. What I meant was that if I make the decision to do something, I'll do it, but that doesn’t make allowed, or legal, or the right thing to do. I was just trying to say that I'm old enough to make my own choices. It just came out wrong. I totally see where my parents were coming from of course. They clearly stated that they didn't condone my behavior that night. I wasn't expecting them to support my actions, I just wanted them to understand what I was feeling. I know that I handled myself badly AGAIN, and I know that I was disrespectful to my parents AGAIN, but keep in mind this was filmed months ago, and since then I have grown a lot, and I'm still growing. I'm only 19, I have time to correct my flaws. I am not proud of this episode at all. I am not happy with the way I looked at all. I have definitely learned a lesson from all of this. You learn and grow with each choice you make. I have a headache from all of the drama, I just want the chaos to stop. Just sayin'.

To quote Andy Warhol, "In the future, everyone will be famous for fifteen minutes." To quote Drake, "My fifteen minutes started an hour ago." Haha! So, while I have the opportunity to reach the public I just want to bring attention to a few organizations that I love, mainly, (if you haven't checked it out already) the organization, 'To Write Love On Her Arms.' It really is such a great cause and the staff members are so kind. I'm planning to have a benefit for them as soon as possible. I think I'll aim for sometime in fall, we'll see! Stay on top of my updates about that, or just about my every day life on my Facebook or Twitter (@_ashleyholmes). I love you all sooo much! Your support through all of this has been so overwhelming and much appreciated! As for the haters, keep on hatin' if it makes YOU happy!

Until next time,
xoxo Ashley

Danielle Throws Lavish Party for Christine

Post from Babble.

by:eksarran
Amidst all the drama among Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members Danielle Staub, Teresa Giudice and Jaqueline Laurita, the upcoming episode of the highest rated Real Housewives cast features Danielle Staub spoiling daughter Christine with a lavish sweet 16 party.

Sources say Staub hosted a party for her daughter at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange, NJ, which was extravagant and over-the-top, to say the least. We’ve questioned our readers on Staub’s level of maturity and responsibility when it comes with her recent blow-outs with fellow housewives and even Laurita’s daughter, Ashley, but what about her parenting style with her own daughters?

This season, we’ve seen Staub take Christine to model castings and help her get onto a New York Fashion Week runway at a very young age, disguising it as wanting to make her daughter happy, though the whole thing smelled of Staub clawing at more fame for herself. Now she’s planning very adult birthday parties and likely spending lots of money on them–even amidst rumors that Staub is struggling financially.

Does Staub have her daughter’s best interests in mind, or is she using her daughter

Bethenny's mom talks to Star Magazine

Post from Star.com.

Bethenny Frankel claims her childhood was destroyed by her volatile, boozing mother. But her devastated mom, Bernadette Birk, tells an entirely different story.

"I love my daughter but what she's saying is killing me," Bernadette reveals in an exclusive interview in this week's issue of Star. She denies Bethenny's assertion that she was a bulimic who was always drinking.

The star of Bethenny Getting Married? has said Bernadette was "never a mother to me" and calls her childhood "toxic." Bernadette, an interior design professor, admits there was discord in the family but insists Bethenny was "the most important person in my world."

The mother and daughter have only spoken twice in the last 10 years, says Bernadette, who laments she only knows what is going on in Bethenny's world by watching her on television.

Jill Zarin talks to Jewcy

Interview Jill did with Jewcy.com.

                       By: Rachel Ament
Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin is perhaps the most identifiably Jewish woman on television today. She hails from Woodmere, Long Island; she speaks with inflated vowels and shrunken consonants and her heart will not stop beating tachycardiacally until her daughter gets into a top tier college. Even her wit ("Usually I'm the one doing all the talking but these two girls were out-Yenta-ing me!") seems to have inherited the vantage point of the shtetl from her ancestors.

Surprisingly, these traits do not add up to a one-note Jewish caricature - a la Fran Drescher. While The Nanny had all the emotional range of (err) a stuffed animal, Jill has the dexterity to play both a stereotype and a complicated woman, one who cares deeply about her friends and family but often gets sidetracked by petty cat-fighting. Jill, along with her sister Lisa Wexler and mother Gloria Kamen recently wrote Secrets of a Jewish Mother, a guide to motherhood that offers such overbearing, over-loving advice as: "If a lesson is worth teaching once, it is worth teaching at least two thousand times."

Over the past few weeks, I've had the pleasure of chatting with Jill about Jewish motherhood, henna tattoos, and (hold your breath) the Real Housewives Reunion Special.

Thank you for chatting with me Jill. How did Bravo find you for the show?
They cold called me after seeing my photo on nysocialdiary.com. I then introduced them to Bethenny and Luann.

What happened next? Did you have a screen test?
They came to NY to film me for a "day in the life." Then I got a call 9 months later that the show was "green lit" and ready to go.

What is your biggest insecurity?
I don't know if I could name just one! I am always trying to lose that last " 5-10" pounds. I am always insecure about how I look.

Would you consider yourself socially ambitious?
I consider myself driven in life. I was taught to strive for excellence in everything I do.

Writer Ayelet Waldman once said that Jewish mothers have turned the entire Western world into Jewish mothers - that now everyone is guilty and overprotective. Do you think this is true? Do you think "Jewish mothering" has spread virally across religious and cultural lines?
If it is true, it is a wonderful thing. The first thing we say in our book is that you don't have to be Jewish to be a "Jewish Mother" and that is often maligned. We tried to demystify that "rumor" by explaining why being a "Jewish Mother" is a good thing, not a bad one.

What differences have you observed between Ashkenazi and Sephardic mothers?
I asked my sister Lisa, co- author of Secrets and host of The Lisa Wexler Radio show for help on this one. Lisa has a good friend in Israel who married a Moroccan Jew, and, hence, has a Sephardic mother-in-law. She believes very strongly in traditions such as celebrating every Shabbos with the entire family together around a large dining table. Also, she drew a henna design on the palm of Lisa's friend's hand the night before the wedding. But essentially, all mothers want the same thing, wherever they come from.

You and your daughter Ally seem to have the most tenderhearted mother-child relationship on the show. Has Judaism influenced your feelings about family?
Thank you for that compliment. Relationships are the most important thing in my life and we talk about that a lot in our new book "Secrets of a Jewish Mother". Jewish people in general value parenting as the most important job a person can have.

There was a torrent of hits thrown at you at the reunion special. How are you holding up?
I admit it was not the easiest day for me. Sometimes I look at it as a "job" and that helps me get through it. If not for the show, most of the relationships, good and bad, would not exist. We each have a different set of friends and are at different points in our lives. It is hard to be judged as a "friend" when in fact some of us only see each other when the cameras are rolling. For example, I only met the 2 newest housewives, Jen Gilbert and Sonja Morgan on "set". We had no history together. However, I have enjoyed meeting them both and hope to develop a friendship on and off camera in the future.

Was it upsetting for Ally to watch?
Believe it or not, we really don't talk about the show much. So many fans have written to her how much they love us, that it has been a good experience for her, not bad. She is co-president of www.teensturninggreen.org and is using her " celebrity" to promote Green Living. She is also involved in many charities that would otherwise not get attention.

Last question: If a movie was to be made about Jill Zarin, what would it be called?
That is easy. The connector!

Kelly was NOT forced to go to crazy island

Below is a quote from Andy Cohen from the Harper's Bazaar feature on Kelly.

“I think it was deeply disturb- ing. It seemed like she had a break of some kind, but I can’t say exactly what it was,” says Andy Cohen, Bravo’s programming chief, who denies Bensimon’s claims that she felt “literally forced” to go on the trip. “She was not forced to go to Saint John by Bravo or the producers,” he says. “That’s untrue.”

Bethenny would like her own talk show

From CelebrityGossip.net.

Wenn Photo
Out for a promotional gig, Bethenny Frankel was spotted at Barnes &Noble bookstore in New York City yesterday (July 14).

The “Real Housewives of New York City” babe looked to be in good spirits as she signed copies of her new book “The Skinnygirl Dish” at the Tribeca store.

As for her future in television, Bethenny recently revealed that she’d like to get away from the reality genre and transition to a talk show job.

"My show is great but I don't think I'd want the cameras in a reality format in my life for that long. I'd probably be institutionalized!

"In five years I would like to be on TV but in a more daytime talk show type of format. I know my husband would like to another child so that is on the table."

Meet Max from Bethenny Getting Married

From the L.A. Times, Q&A with Max and a video follows the article.

BY:Yvonne Villarreal
Some of TV’s most memorable characters are the lowly assistants. Daniel Meade had brace-faced Betty Suarez. Ari Gold had headset-wearing Lloyd Lee. And Montgomery Burns has bespeckled Waylon Smithers Jr.

In the reality genre, there’s Max Meisel. He’s got hair that would make the “Jersey Shore” boys jealous. Cookie seems to like him. And he beat out the eccentric dude with a love for falafels to become the new assistant/intern to Bethenny Frankel, she of Bravo's “The Real Housewives of New York City” and, more recently, “Bethenny Getting Married?”

Meisel, a former walk-on punt returner for the Syracuse University football team, took some time to chat with us via phone Wednesday — while he was on the treadmill! Read on to get his take on the Jill-Bethenny feud, how his football skills translate to assisting skills and the panties-picking incident.

First things first, do you find that you're consuming a lot of Skinnygirl Margaritas?

I don’t really have a choice. Whenever we’re out and we’re in the position to get a drink it seems like I have to order a Skinnygirl Margarita.

Are you a fan? I’ve never tried it. I might be the only one.

It tastes kind of like a watered-down margarita.

Is Bethenny still hassling you about picking up girls at events? Kind of kills the game, right, when your boss is egging you on?

I think it depends on her mood. Sometimes, as you’ve seen in the episodes, she doesn’t want me to pick up girls. Sometimes she’s encouraging me to pick up girls. It’s all about trying to gauge her mood.

Talk a little bit about that mood. What’s it like working for Bethenny?

Um … I guess … you have to be as all over the place as she is because her mind is racing in a million different directions. She has her hand in so many different jars: She’s got the Skinnygirl line, she has books, she has her own show. … There’s constantly a lot on her plate and nothing has to do with each other; that’s what kind of makes things difficult.

Why did you decide to apply for the position as her assistant?

It certainly was a bit out of my element. I saw it as a really good opportunity to learn from somebody who has really used the show that she’s on to build an entire industry for herself. I thought there was a lot to learn from that. I knew it was something that I needed to catch on to because I knew nothing really about what she does. But I was kind of excited that I was a novice in that area.

Right. You mentioned in a blog that, prior to hearing about the job, you had never seen "The Real Housewives of New York City.”

Yep. It’s not something I would ever watch. It’s just not my thing.

But you have since seen an episode, correct?

Yeah. I’ve seen a few now. It’s definitely interesting.

So has your experience playing football come in handy at all with this job?

Definitely. Although completely unrelated on the surface, it taught me that you have to be comfortable being uncomfortable. It’s a rare occasion when everything goes completely as planned. I sort of have to be OK with that, comfortable with that. … I have to be prepared to push forth despite all the elements pulling you in different directions. And that’s helped me a lot in working for Bethenny. I’m in situations constantly where I just have no idea what I’m doing. I can’t let that stop me from doing my job the right way.

And you have to deal with Bethenny constantly poking fun at your appearance. If it isn’t your hair, it’s your clothing. Will we see a change in your appearance as a result of the teasing?

I have changed my look. You’ll just have to wait and see what happens with that. I don’t want to give anything away.

In working for Bethenny, is it kind of required that you eat healthy? I mean, she’s got those books everywhere, right?

Mmm. I’m a pretty good eater as it is. There’s been a few times, though, when I’ve looked in her books and learned a thing or two.

There’s a rumor that you got pretty chummy with Ramona Singer [of "Real Housewives of New York City"] at Bethenny’s wedding. Care to explain?

[laughs] She’s a good dancer, I’m not gonna lie. She’s a good dancer. She was wearing this long, bushy dress. I couldn’t really dance with her because I thought I was going to walk all over her dress. And, you know, women and their dresses — that’s not something to mess with. I was in and out.

What’s been the weirdest task you’ve been asked to do as Bethenny’s assistant?

The viewers saw it. It was a few episodes ago when I had to pick out Bethenny’s panties. I mean, come on! You’re going to ask me to pick out your underwear? I have no idea. I can’t even pick out my own underwear. Also, it’s the kind of situation where you’re damned if you do, damned if you don’t. I gotta worry about Jason, too. This is his wife and I don’t think he wants me in her underwear drawers; but, at the same time, Bethenny’s my boss and I have to listen to what she says. There are so many times where I’m caught in situations where I can’t say ‘no’ but I know I’m screwed.

With baby Bryn in the mix, have you noticed a calmer Bethenny?

Not really. But she definitely finds a reason to sit down for a moment and smile a couple of extra times a day. She knows her priorities are very much different now. She knows what to do. She’s a great mother and a wife.

Set aside the fact that she gives you a check. In the Jill and Bethenny feud, where do you stand?

I gotta tell you the absolute truth: I know zero about it. And I really don’t care.

So what’s next?

I think everyone’s goal is a second season. Who knows what will happen with that.

Camille and Kelsey did not have a PRENUP

From MashCeleb a small mention of Camille.

TMZ has learned ... Kelsey Grammer took a page out of Larry King's playbook, and got hitched to Camille without a prenup.

It's pretty stunning, since during the run of "Frasier" Kelsey was the highest paid actor on TV ... making $1.6 mil an episode at the end of the show's 11-year run.

As we first reported, Kelsey is asking that some of his "Frasier" money be declared his separate property. Turns out. [TMZ]

New Housewife for NY?

Post from Focusonstyle.com, in the picture is Brad, Jill's gay husband, check out his bio. below the post.

The Bravo cameras are rolling like mad in the Hamptons and I got caught up in them. Shhhh... they may be picking up a new Bravo family member for next season!
Oh my, breathless Brad Boles is still roaming about the Hamptons and finds himself slammed in the middle of more Bravo family dish. The man has a nose for dish, and some fashion and beauty tips too --S.H.

The East End was crawling with Bravo camera crews this past weekend.

Oh, what goes on under this beautiful Hamptons sunset!
On Saturday alone, I was involved in two shoots one starting at 11AM involving a potential NEW Housewife for “The Real Housewives of New York City!” This was NOT a set up. I just happened to be doing the interiors of this hottie’s Bridgehampton home when the doorbell rang. I answered it to the shock and amusement of the camera crew!

Needless to say, the maybe new Housewife pulled it off without a hitch, even though there were tractors and workmen in the background. And there I was directing the workman not the camera crew... brick by brick! All the while, the potential new Housewife was dripping in diamonds and 5-inch Louboutins!

Gorgeous, equally yummy, half-naked staff then served a sumptuous lunch... ooh baby! Now, if that is not what makes a Housewife, I don't know what does. Believe me ladies, I'm lucky enough to have the original and funniest RHONYC Jill Zarin as a dear friend and I know what a Real Housewife is all about!

Should Danielle-RHONJ lay off the injectables?

Post from Star Magazine.

She might be a Housewife, but there doesn't seem to be too much that's real on Danielle Staub's face!

On July 6, the 47-year-old debuted a newly tweaked version of herself at the premiere of The Sorcerer's Apprentice — and it was far from magical.

"Is she wearing a mask?" asks Palm Beach-based dermatologist
Dr. Kenneth Beer. "Her proportions are not correct anymore, because it appears she's had too much filler injected into her lips and cheeks."

Dr. Richard Fleming, a Beverly Hills facial cosmetic surgeon who also has not treated Danielle, points out that "you can see the hills and valleys in her upper lip, which are the result of overinjection."

Kelsey does not want Camille to touch his Frasier money

From WENN.com.

The actor wed Camille Donatacci in 1997 but the former Playboy model filed for divorce earlier this month (01Jul10), citing "irreconcilable differences".

She has asked for primary physical custody and child support for their daughter Mason Olivia, eight, and son Jude Gordon, five, but she will face a battle for spousal support - Grammer has urged the judge not to award the claim.

He filed legal papers in a U.S. court on Wednesday (14Jul10), in which he also requested the judge acknowledge his sole claim to his longrunning sitcom Frasier, in addition to a number of other property assets he wants to be kept separate from the divorce.

Grammer is seeking joint legal custody of the couple's two kids, reports TMZ.com.

Joe Guidice jokes about living in an apartment

Post from People.com.

Aaron Parsley
Teresa Giudice‘s husband Joe has a sense of humor when it comes to rumors the couple’s home is in foreclosure.

In a clip from next week’s Real Housewives of New Jersey, Joe shows Teresa around a pizza parlor and an apartment complex, two new business ventures he plans to open.

“Joe owns a construction company. He’s always been an entrepreneur,” Teresa says before asking, “That means a person that own their own businesses, right?”

The couple, who filed for bankruptcy last year, then head to the apartment complex, where Joe jokes, “I’m going to show you our suite, too, that we have, when we get kicked out of our house.” During a fight between Teresa and her nemesis costar on Monday’s episode, Danielle Staub yelled that Teresa’s home was in foreclosure.
“Danielle is telling everyone my house is under foreclosure and it’s not,” Teresa explains. “I own a lot of properties in my name — some good investments and some bad investments. The economy is bad.”

Last month, Teresa denied her house was even for sale when it appeared very briefly on a real estate Web site.

And as recently as Monday, when she appeared with costar Jacqueline Laurita on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, Teresa told Andy Cohen her home is not in foreclosure and that the couple is not in danger of losing their famous, $1.7 million mansion, despite their financial problems — and Joe’s teasing.

“Joe is totally kidding that I’m going to be living in one of those apartments. That’s never going to happen. I could never see myself living there,” Teresa says at the end of the clip, before looking in the camera and giving a big wink.

Danielle hangs with the "Jersey Shore" cast

Post from the Huffington Post.

by:Katy Hall
Danielle Staub, who is suing 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' costar Teresa Giudice for attacking her, surfaced Tuesday night at the 'Jersey Shore' album release party at Marquee in NYC.

Inside the party Danielle and new gf Lori Michaels were "cuddling the whole time" while drinking Three-O Vodka, according to a witness. Danielle also posed while throngs of eager men snapped her picture, MTV reports.

A pouf-less Snooki, JWwow and the Situation all attended.

Jacqueline responds to Danielle's lawsuit

Article from Zap2It.

Viewers are probably still spinning from Monday's (July 12) episode of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" when all hell broke loose at a fashion show.

We've never seen so much fur fly (and we're not talking about Danielle's Staub's weave) on reality TV since the infamous table-flipping episode. In the end, no one was arrested, but Jacqueline Laurita's daughter, Ashley, did get fined $189 by a court for pulling Danielle's "hair."

Apparently that wasn't enough for the former jailbird. Danielle's lawyer spoke to Hollywood Life and said that they're pursuing a lawsuit against Teresa Giudice, Jacqueline Laurita and Ashley, and anyone else involved in the incident.

"We are going to use this footage and prepare a case against these women," Danielle's attorney, Paul Giblin, told the site. "We are seeking assault and battery charges, defamation of character and punitive damages as well."

The attorney also said they'll be asking a judge for restraining orders against the women. Zap2it spoke to Jacqueline about the legal threat.

"You can't defame someone who defames herself," Jacqueline told us. "I have not told any lies about her. I never physically touched her or threatened her, so I am not worried."

Jacqueline feels that this is just Danielle being a media whore. "She will do anything, and I mean anything, to stay in the press," she says. "I think she's pathetic and desperate. Maybe she has a fear that she won't be asked to return next year so she's grasping at straws to keep a connection between us. I don't know."

Well, we think it will be pretty hard for Danielle to shoot the show next season if half the cast has restraining orders against them. She might want to rethink that one.

Teresa going to court to keep Danielle away?

Post from PopEater.

By Rob Shuter
EXCLUSIVE: Tempers reached new dramatic heights during this week's episode of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey.' The episode featured hot-tempered housewife Teresa Giudice starting an argument and Ashley Holmes, daughter of housewife Jacqueline Laurita, physically attacking the ladies' sworn enemy, Danielle Staub. Although Staub's lawyer has confirmed that his client is suing, Giudice tells me Staub is the real threat.

"Believe me, if we could get a restraining order against a cast member, Danielle would have had four against her already. I never threatened her. She, however, has been on camera threatening me, stalking me and even practicing doing me harm," she reveals.

Giudice called Staub's accusation of "defamation of character" a ridiculous joke. "Don't make me laugh. I think she's defamed her own reputation all by herself," Giudice adds.

Giudice, who famously flipped a table on Staub at the end of the show's first season, did not physically attack her castmate but was shown chasing Staub while yelling insults.

So why haven't the other cast mates sued already? Apparently Bravo has tight contracts with the 'Housewives,' so the women can't sue each other, an insider tells me.

Seriously, there would be no such thing as reality TV if the cast members weren't protected from being sued by each other for what they said. After the onscreen blow-up, sources claim Staub is seeking attention and knows there is no case against Giudice. Perhaps it's just a pathetic publicity stunt by Danielle, who is just mad because her sex tape didn't sell.

Sheree Who?

Nene Gets Personal

NeNe talks about being abused and how she wants to help others.

Posted By - Eve Chen
ATLANTA -- It's one of the most popular TV shows here and across the country - The Real Housewives of Atlanta. As part of the next season, one of the show's stars, NeNe Leakes, is trying her hand at TV stories on 11Alive News Today.

This story was close to her heart.

"One thing a lot of people don't know about me is that I was a victim of domestic abuse," NeNe said. "It was very hard for me. I was very young."

"He pulled a gun on me," she recalled. "I thought he would kill me at some point. It's the very reason why I needed to get out of the relationship. And then my child, I wanted my child to be better. I didn't want my child to be raised in an abusive environment and do the same thing."

"When I got this opportunity with 11Alive, I wanted to do a Random Act of Kindness and raise awareness about domestic abuse," NeNe said. "I just want to reach out to women and hear their story and help them in any way I can."

That's how NeNe met Rasheeda, a single mom and fellow survivor of domestic violence.

"It started really mentally," Rasheeda said of her ex. "I mean picking my friends. He picked the clothes I wore."

"He was like 'I'm ready to go' and just takes the beer and he throws it in my face," she recalled. "He dragged me out of the club [one] night. He busted my lip that night and he choked me and pressed my eyes. It was to the point where I was screaming and his sister wound up calling the police."

"You want to leave," Rasheeda added. "It's just like your own intuition saying you know this is unhealthy for you. You know you gotta go.'"

She eventually got out of the relationship.

With some help from NeNe, 11Alive, Van Michael Salon and Swank Boutique, Rasheeda got a brand new look for her fresh start.

"I feel great," Rasheeda said. "I feel great."
